There is an ensuite to the downstairs bedroom, large kitchen with dishwasher and largelock-up-garage with remote door and plenty of room for storing boards, bikes etc. There's also a ping-pong table for fun family table tennistournaments.

Upstairs has two bedrooms, one bathroom, open plan living/dining/kitchen area and the beautiful verandah with stunning views. Out the back is a paved courtyard with gas BBQ.
Downstairs is one bedroom with ensuite and access to the garage through this room.
Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels & pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.
