Quiet and tucked away in a leafy setting an easy 10 minute stroll from Back Beach, Cape Cod Beach House is big enough to accommodate two families and your special fur baby. Upstairs bedrooms catch the sea breezes and the master bedroom has ocean glimpses to the north as well as air conditioned comfort. Double brick keeps downstairs cool in the summer and insulates the heat from the fire in winter. Enjoy outdoor living and dining from the huge rear deck atop the canopy, and prepare a meal using the outdoor kitchen. Direct access to Back Beach is via the track from the back yard.
Downstairs comprises extensive living areas including separate lounge, family (with sofa bed), dining, kitchen and designer bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher for easy entertaining. The lounge area includes a combustion wood heater for comfort through our light winters.
Upstairs comprises 4 bedrooms, bathroom and a study nook.
Carport parking at the front door and sunny front patio area.
