Malibu is located in a prime headland position and has three bedrooms upstairs and a fourth sleeping area in an open walk through room on the middle level. Located in Dulconghi Street, the home faces north and overlooks the golf course, the bay and the beach, and our famous Point and Surfing Reserve.
The property features a combined kitchen and dining room, large lounge room with ocean views from your lounge chair and a master bedroom with ensuite. Two more bedrooms and a fourth sleeping area make this property very comfortable. Enjoy the huge BBQ area and parking for one car on the concrete apron.
Malibu is rented on an "upstairs only" basis and perfect for a large family or two families holidaying together. Please note the one bedroom unit downstairs has been blocked off and is for owner use only.
Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels and pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.
