MODERN APARTMENT WITH OUTSTANDING BEACH & COASTAL VIEWS
AB's Condo is a 2 bedroom unit with fantastic views over the ocean, point and mountains. It has a sunny northerly aspect. It ensures a fuss free friendly holiday for one or two couples or the small family. AB's Exclusive Condo is the ground floor of a 2 storey house and the owners stipulate please no smoking inside. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and faces out onto the tiled patio and beautiful views. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and also enjoys lovely water views. The tiled bathroom contains a shower and bath and there is a seperate toilet. Laundry facilities are a front-loading washing in the kitchen area with a clothesline at the side of the house. The kitchen has a 2 element electric cooktop that sits on the benchtop, plus a microwave and electric frypan - of course you'll be BBQ'ing most of the time on the patio gas Weber BBQ.
There are two open parking spaces. Please note you need to bring your sheets, towels and pillowcases. If you wish to have your linen supplied, AB's Exclusive Condo will supply at a fee.
